Requisition ID: 37356- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Compensation & Benefits Manager, who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business across the LAM region.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on business needs.
- Perform job analyses and classifications.
- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
**Background & Skills**:
- Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable with a Finance background within a global, industrial environment.
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and Total Rewards Survey.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Good analytical skills.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
