Responsabilidades The Sr. Branding & Marcom Manager is a dynamic thought-leader energized by ambitious, creative ideas and storytelling, but also with a strong business acumen and driven data for results, hands-on profile.

In this role, the  Sr. Branding & Marcom Manager will drive the ideation of high-profile innovative and culturally impactful brand and content marketing campaigns that align with both show-specific branding as well as driving engagement with new and existing fans. Moreover, it´s a main leader to put all demand (marketing & sales plans) together towards goals and objectives of the Bridgestone Latin America North (BS-LAN) region .

As part of the team, beholds the responsibility for ensuring that BS-LAN has, and executes, a local/regionally aligned, insight driven and validated communication strategy to:

Build a clear and differentiated positioning for Bridgestone, Firestone & Bandag product brands, and our services & solutions; Drive awareness growth of Bridgestone, Firestone & Bandag ahead of competition; Create increased desire in the marketplace among our target audiences based on customer/consumer insight and superior value proposition based communication. The Sr. Branding & Marcom Manager will ensure that all marketing plans and polices are aligned to organization's strategic objectives; and will be responsible for engagin with our Category Managers, Business teams and all LA team, while develop direct reports and guarantee the talent pipeline.

Moreover, as leader, maintains a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality teammates.

Key Responsibilities Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online & offline) that drive awareness and acquisition, engagement, and adoption/trial platforms/products. Develop insight-driven, client-facing narratives that highlight the mutual benefits of the products. Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and scale) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment. Collaborate closely with categories and business teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects. Work closely with the A&I team to define top performing metrics, and deliver to a plan to optimize success. Assess customer behaviors and the needs of business and categories teams to build an active pipeline that supports acquisition growth, customer engagement, and market awareness. Guide BS-LAN strategy, roadmap, and execution of integrated marketing technologies, platforms and data needs. Translate marketing technology investments into direct and measurable business results; Develop and enhance framework for enterprise marketing budget / spend allocation for all customer acquisition channels; Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply/share those insights to be used in our marketing levers. Define the data structure together with the IT team to ensure the concise capture of consumer data, mapping different BS-LAN Data Sources to build a unified view of the Consumer. Partner closely with A&I, Trade Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams to develop models for use in forecasting, CAC, LTV and ROI measurement as well as Propensity and Predictive models. Develop and maintain data and reporting processes, promoting data integrity best practices for maintaining a healthy database. Lead projects together with BATO-LA team for post purchase stages on consumer journey. Connect & engage with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, including customers. Promote Marketing Team engagement, acting as guardian of BS culture and principles. Lead and engage direct reports: ensuring the development of functional and leadership skills, providing direction and resources and removing barriers. Be an active member of the MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), influencing and driving the marketing team's agenda. Responsible for Brand & MarCom area OPEX and investments. Requisitos Mandatory qualifications: Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and correlates Previous experience in Marketing roles (including brand & mkt communication) for at least 8 years (minimum 4 years as manager); preferred with Trade MKT, Customer MKT and/or Pure Marketing experiences. English fluency Have proven expertise in building brands through development of innovative and competitive integrated media campaigns (media, PR, digital) with copy and creative development. Significant experience developing and executing digital programs. Experience in FMCG companies (local level; regional desired). Tire Market experience it's a plus; Previous people management experiences; Enthusiasm to work with people from diverse cultures and ability to effectively communicate regionally / globally; Expertise in Digital platforms Consumer / Commercial communication development (B2B, B2B, B2B2C media planning) Understanding and usage of emerging channels (omnichannel) Experience managing global/regional brands Manage Creative Process, advertising campaign deployment Regional and global interactions background People management experiences Customer face experiences Corporate Competencies: Managing ambiguity and VUCA environment proven results Regional and global interactions background People management experiences: Developing Direct Reports - Building Effective Teams Business Acumen Action Oriented Drive for Results Decision Quality Influencing without Authority What We Offer You Responsibilities from Day 1.
