Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:Includes, but not limited to, the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Collaborate with the Management to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first.Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance.Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators.Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work.Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns.Assist Management with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available.Train employees.Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs.Perform other duties as required.Requirements:Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record.Minimum 2 years of previous Landscaping leadership experience.Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment.Strong organization skills.Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs.This job requires general labor and operating equipment.Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects.Ability to make decisions under pressure.Benefits:Bonus based on performance.Company parties.Competitive salary.Free uniforms.Health insurance.Opportunity for advancement.Paid time off.Training & development.Paid holidays after one year of full employment.One week of paid vacation (5 days) after one year of full employment.Health benefits available after one year of full employment.Christmas Bonus.Opportunity for growth in company.
