**You will be responsible for**- Build products with the team to achieve main business objectives and solve customers' needs- Responsible for the speed and quality of the team's decisions to maximize impact- Communicate and create strong relationships with diverse teams**We Are Looking For a Person, Who Has**- 5+ years of software development experience- Strong english communication skills- Deep understanding of laravel best practices- Ability to work through difficult features like those related with web sockets, security, authentication, session management, object storage- Ability to work with mínimal supervision- Understanding of useful design patterns.
Able to pick the best ones based on every scenario and able to come up with new ones when convenient- Some SQL experience is nice to have- Structured thinking - Ability to grasp problems of varying levels of complexity and reduce them down to their essentials- Communication - Build constructive relationships, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders**Our Way of Working**Our work model is remote.
