It ensures that all information entered into ECC, including customer details, product information, and pricing, is accurate. The role includes double-checking order details for errors and discrepancies and following up on ONL (Orders Not Loaded) with sales and IT to expedite solutions and release the orders into ECC.The position also involves collaborating with other departments such as sales, sales operations, fulfillment, and IT support to fulfill orders and address any issues or concerns.
