**Job Summary**:
The Application Support - Trainer maintains and expands relationships with existing '80' (strategically important, large) customers of the business.
Is responsible for supporting customers to achieve monthly sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives.
In addition, they will provide the necessary introductory product training with new '80' customers in countries that fall within the region enabling them to reach full potential as soon as possible.
Based in Mexico, reporting to the Strategic Account Sales, this role is to deliver the growth expectations in line with the company's long-term objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop successful relationships with the technical and direct sales contacts of our '80' (strategic) customers.
- Oversee the implementation of the Evercoat and Auto Magic product lines with large volume customers with multiple locations, typically spanning a wide geographical area.
- Devise and deliver training programs to enable 80 customers to correctly position our products and best practice processes that highlight our unique added value proposition.
- Undertake market reviews to build an understanding of the competitive environment including current products and processes being used by body shops in the region.
- Provide in shop training and demonstration to support our 80 customers as instructed by the Strategic Account Manager.
- Use knowledge of '80' customers to identify organic growth opportunities.
- Assist the Technical and Marketing team to create and produce Spanish language training material.
- Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, expositions, and assigned customer events
- Other duties as assigned
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a business-related field
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish and with a good working knowledge of English as a minimum.
- Professional presence and ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Great ability to develop positive relationships
- Able to work independently and achieve results with mínimal supervision
- Region-wide travel of 50-75% of your time
- Strong computer skills
