Position : Client Success and Sales SpecialistWorking Hours : Must be able to overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours for optimal collaboration with team members and clients.Salary Range : $1,200-$1,600 monthly, plus potential equityHoliday : TBDAbout the job :We are on the lookout for a motivated Customer Success and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are a fast-growing startup with infinite career growth opportunities.In this dual role, we are looking for a superstar to largely own our relationships with our customers, bridging them with our product, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering account growth, and driving new customer demos in the sales process.If you enjoy wearing various different hats and are passionate about technology, people, sales, and excel in communication, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities :Work with our customers to use our software and share best practices.Proactively reach out to prospects in our CRM to schedule demos.Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.Identify opportunities for sales and client expansion within our existing portfolio.Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions that align with their goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, escalating when necessary.Consistently meet or exceed client success metrics & sales KPIs.Qualifications :At least 1-3 years of proven experience in client-facing roles with responsibilities for account management and / or sales.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in the real estate industry.Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with US-based clients.Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales principles.Familiar with using software technology, and tech-savvyFluent with basic data entry & file handling, including Excel & CSV file formats.Soft Skills :Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset.Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Strong self-motivation with a results-driven approach to achieving goals, with minimal supervision.Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with less structure and rigid processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
