In partnership with senior stakeholders within the team, this individual will help us drive integrated communications programs, bringing together the best of social, visuals, events, news generation, media and analyst relations, content creation and thought leadership to deliver exceptional results. This self-starter will ideally have a passion for technology, influencer relations and storytelling, and navigates organizations virtually.The Global Communications Group is a world-class team of communicators spearheading an one-approach strategy integrating different audiences and delivering forefront results when it comes to corporate communications.This individual contributor will mostly support the development and implementation of communications & public relations activities within Latin America and some cross-countries programs directed towards our key audiences -media, customers, employees, analysts, industry, c-suite leaders and more- to help promote and protect Intel's reputation and shift brand perception in the region. This team member will contribute measurably towards our objectives achieving stakeholder recognition of our technology leadership.**More specific responsibilities may include**:- Effectively managing Intel's communications agencies to maximize results.- Crafting internal communications strategies adapted to our employees' realities accordingly to each site and team necessities building trust and enhancing the sense of belonging supported by Intel's values.- Be well-versed on the current traditional and social media environment as it relates to Intel's business as well as the broader industry.**Behavioral traits required**:- Possesses solid communication skills and can craft and deliver key messages to a variety of audiences.
