Through our innovative portfolio of high-performance products and services, we have created the largest, most active global ecosystem of 10,000+ companies, including 2,000+ networks and 3,100 cloud and IT service providers in 32 countries spanning six continents.What you'll be doingManages a cross-functional team which provides Asset Management expertise, Project Controls expertise, and escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure when required.Ensures that the team is working safely, effectively, and with high regard to human error avoidance.Provides strategic guidance and direction to drive team results.Leads and implements resources to complete projects as required.Manages the team to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards, KPI's, and SLA's.Ensures correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete.What we'll expect from youBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical or Automation.Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.Solid previous experience in lead, inspire and develop your team of critical facility subject matter experts.Maintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations.Maintain and improve Continuous Improvement processes and culture.Direct the reporting of key performance indicators.Previous experience in managing critical facility disciplines.Knowledgeable in critical facility engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems
