**YOUR ROLE**:
- Strives for efficient execution of Customer Service activities within the region
- Develops, manages and completes regional CS projects that contribute to service levels, business growth, efficiencies within the region
- Measures the adherence of CS teams to CS strategic vision, working processes, business standards, CS KPIs, cost management and CNWC
- Identifies and implements improvement plans as required regionally
- Provides support to improve cross-functional / departmental working as well as efficiency and service level optimization
- Delivers high level service and improves planning accuracy
- Systematicaly develops Teams and Talent in respective Customer Service organisation
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Experience working in logistics, with a wide knowledge among supply chain of at least 10 years, required
- Advanced english needed, portuguese is a plus
- Experience in leadership roles, handling large teams
- Knowledge in supply planning, demand planning, logistics, needed
