.JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: LATAM Demand PlannerJob Description: LATAM Demand Planner works as a Demand Planner on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of planning data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic planning principles, theories, and concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and planning (feasibility) studies.Your role:Strong focus on Data analytics activities to support and scale internal high exposure projects.Create Sales, Marketing, and Consensus forecasts for the assigned planning horizon, Businesses and/or Customer Planning Groups using the AI baseline forecast which is validated with SC analytics, and then enriched with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance, and adjacent functions.Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stocking trade, and research demand drivers.Analyze forecast accuracy results and define and implement corrective actions.Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating, and revising forecasts for Sales Review Meeting, Activity Review Meeting, and Demand Sign-off Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.Responsible for Sales Review Meeting, including consolation of all the meeting inputs, and preparation and distribution of the meeting deck pre-read and output actions decided during the meeting.You're the right fit if:You have acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment in a planning role either further upstream (supply centers, factories) or downstream (retail).You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar careers.Your skills include advanced data analysis skills (Essential: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python), effective communication, problem solving, LEAN six sigma and some knowledge of medical equipment manufacturing industry.Advanced English level.Availability to work on a Hybrid modality (3 days at office, 2 days at home).How we work together:We believe that we are better together than apart.
