- Acts asrst point of contar regular, on going customer/partner claims on daily operational matter Latin America Equipment Management and Remarketing. Resolves operational issues that may ariom the end-to-end sales and return processes (e.G., order status, returns claims, and return deliveries, credit and invoicing, anancial post-sales programs). Collaborates with othnctions and organizations to resolve issues (e.G., sales teams, supply chain, order management, logistics, IT) as they relate to customer post sale support.-_ Education and Importante empresa Required:

Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales and support operations. Developing knowledge of local legal compliance issues. Demonstrated teamwork andcollaboration skills.
