You'll oversee engineering and technical responsibilities across our 4 internal sites and LATAM CMO network, ensuring top-notch safety and compliance. You'll drive innovation, support commercial growth, and develop the best supply strategies.Key Responsibilities:Be an active member of the LATAM Leadership team, reporting to the QSC BU Lead for LATAM.Oversee the LATAM Capital plan, ensuring safe and cost-effective project delivery.Align Engineering & EHS objectives with the LATAM BU plan and priorities.Support sites with process improvement and maintenance reliability initiatives.Lead the property risk program and manage the Latam BU RMS.Coordinate the Latam BU Sustainability agenda, focusing on CO2, water, plastic, and non-recyclable material reductions.Why You?Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA desirable).Strong influencing skills and ability to lead without subordination.Long-term strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.Strong business acumen and ability to manage complexity.Strong data analytical skills and ability to lead multi-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience in managing Engineering/EHS areas.Enterprise mindset and strong risk management skills.Deep understanding of successful execution models for the Consumer Business.If this sounds like your next career step, apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
