Join our team.Your role at Clorox:This leader is responsible for ensuring central oversight and standardization of the Health, Safety & Environment function and culture across LATAM BU and associated plants. This leader ensures that these plants are fulfilling central HSE policies, programs, and priorities, works towards achieving enterprise HSE objectives, connects plant teams with relevant HSE technical experts in the team, and inspires the development of a strong, consistent safety culture. In addition, this leader will be a part of the LATAM leadership squad and will collaborate with the center HSE COE leaders (security, environmental, etc.) to support plant safety needs.In this role, you will:Plant Oversight and Management Responsibilities:Manage, coach, develop Plant Safety Manager direct reports for our plants to create a strong, consistent safety culture and deliver enterprise HSE objectivesDisseminate HSE best practices among plants and ensure consistent application across BUEnsure HSE policies and procedures are implemented in a standardized process across plantsConnect plant teams with relevant HSE stakeholders and COE expertsInspire and promote the development of a consistent safety culture across plantsCreate and oversee a standardized safety committee structure within each plant (e.G
