LATAM IDS Service Management & Solution Delivery Leader The LATAM IDS Service Management & Solution Delivery Leader has dual responsibilities of managing Services and Solution Delivery in the LATAM region. Service Management:
The LATAM IDS Service Management & Solution Delivery Leader is responsible to manage the Service Management process to deliver endtoend IDS services at a level that supports the business need and requirements. This will require developing strong relationships with internal Service Owners, service providers and Supplier más in Lilly IDS organizations regarding the delivery of endtoend services to support our business partners and endusers service needs. Solution Delivery:
Understanding Lilly and the pharma industry,sho w we operate, and our business dynamics make Lilly employees more critical as a resource. This business understanding combined with applied technical knowledge and ability contribute to building capabilities unique to Lilly, which then becomes the competitive advantage that Lilly employees bring. 1. LATAM Service Management:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build networks with diverse groups of individuals and to work effectively within geographically dispersed team and partners. Strong customer orientation. Focus on shared learning and best practices, team player. Capacity to dive into implementation details in problemsolving mode when appropriate. Broad technical skills. Strong coaching skills, fostering inclusion and creating a highperformance environment. Desirable Skills:
Good knowledge of IT environment to be able to match business needs with available IT solutions. Ability to act as change agent and to take ownership of issues or opportunities until a proper solution is implemented. Strong selfmanagement and ability to work in ambiguity. Higher degrees or certifications in project management would be beneficial. Reporting Structure:
