The LATAM IDS Service Management & Solution Delivery Leader is responsible to manage the Service Management process to deliver endtoend IDS services at a level that supports the business need and requirements. This will require developing strong relationships with internal Service Owners, service providers and Supplier más in Lilly IDS organizations regarding the delivery of endtoend services to support our business partners and endusers service needs.
