As a Sr. Associate/Associate – Impact, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operational execution of impact tracking & reporting for the programs at Wadhwani Foundation in Latin America (incl. Mexico, Chile & Peru). You will also play a pivotal role in incorporating learnings into our products and program, thereby enhancing and expanding the influence of our work.
Operational Excellence & Data Management
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of the WF programs.
• Support the development of WF program's data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, working closely with the data management team.
• Facilitate easy access to data for the WF programs, ensuring teams can derive insights and understand progress.
Support in Strategy Execution
• Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure data is collected, managed, and stored efficiently.
• Work alongside the Program teams in developing short- and long-term impact measurement plans.
• Contribute to team-level reflection, learning processes, and data-driven insights to illustrate program progress and impact.
• Ensure the WF program's data is well-documented and available for organizational reporting and discussions.
RequirementsAbout You:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, startup, social enterprise, or a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability in data management, analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong operational focus, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Comfort with technology, software, and data-driven tools.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Team-player with an orientation towards 'Quality at Scale'.
• Good problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Additional Desirable Skills:
• Prior experience of working with startups, skilling or livelihoods space.
• Experience working in diverse teams and cross-cultural environments.
