You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Managing staff and line responsibilities- Service delivery, support and excellence- Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality- General technical background- Process and service orientation- Business processes**More about this role**ROLE DESCRIPTION- The role is to bring data and digital marketing technology fluency to the local markets- The Martech Lead will act as the technology champion and advocate via a thorough understanding and hands on expertise with Owned Media Marketing Technologies such as ESP, CRM, CRP, data driven marketing, personalisation, digital analytics, website technologies, Cloud Hosting, focused on making best in class personalised digital experiences across brand and D2CKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Understand global objectives, markets needs, use cases, privacy and technology set in the area of Digital and Data driven Marketing- Ensure Mondelez Owned Media marketing technologies are implemented into every digital activation, working directly with our agency partners, marketing teams and digital leads to confirm set up and integration according to best practice and playbooks.- hands on guidance & troubleshooting of implementations within multi-agency digital projects which will require strong skills and experience in implementing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, CDP & CRM platforms and ESP solutions- Ensure solutions adoption, and successful use cases execution- Accountable to ensure all consumer digital activations adhere to defined marketing technology stack for the business unit, specifically ESP, CRM, CDP, Tagging and Optimisation.- Provide technical expertise and best practise guidance- Work directly with marketing technologies and solution integrators inc. ESP, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics, Tag Management Systems and consent management platforms and manage delivery of complex technology integrations with agency partners- Influence campaign activity to drive data acquisition and activation- Support local roll out, integration and adherence of global tech/services/projects- Support CX as a Data Privacy champion, monitoring the compliance of marketing projects with regulatory procedures and processes and raising feedback to the DPO on processes gaps and efficiencies (in line with DX security and privacy org)SKILLS & COMPETENCIES- Skilled at stakeholder management and communications
