This role is crucial in driving Sanofi's people strategy and culture change initiatives and in providing strategic support to leaders in the M&S and R&D functions.Main responsibilities:Strategic PartnershipEnsure the deployment of One P&C agenda and P&C culture change at M&S sites and R&D teams.Drive P&C function matters at site level and provide input to MCO view.Partner with M&S and R&D Leadership teams to support their individual development.Provide coaching at leadership level to related functions.Act in advisory capacity concerning escalations for key and leadership roles.Employee and Manager SupportPartner with leaders and Talent Acquisition COE on senior leadership hires.Liaise with the People Excellence Partners team to ensure the P&C support for employees and line managers, in M&S sites and Supply and R&D function.Workforce Planning and Budget ManagementProvide input on workforce planning for the respective teams in a given function and country.Manage personnel cost/budget for the sites, in partnership with market P&C Director MCO LATAM.Service Improvement and CollaborationProvide input to People Excellence Partner team and to People Services for improving service experience and efficiency.Champion learn, share & re-apply across the Sanofi organization by collaborating with PBPs, PEx Partners, CoEs and People Services.Transformation and Change ManagementEnable transformation and consult/coach Leaders on effective people and talent management.Contribute to global strategic activities like workforce planning, talent development, culture, and diversity & inclusion.Data-Driven InsightsPartner with business leaders to identify needs and advocate for them using data insights.Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills to support the business.About youBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with preferably multi-country experience/exposure (GIG, Projects, Assignment …) and great understanding of Industrial environments
