You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for senior positions and leadership roles for the LATAM Team.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Managers to understand their hiring needs and guide them to optimal hiring outcomes.This position will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.What you will doSourcing and Attraction:Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Proactively seek out passive candidates through innovative recruiting techniques.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Screening and Selection:Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Collect and evaluate feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews.Collaboration and Partnership:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
