If you match this description, get in touch!**What You'll Do**- Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.- Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations.- Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, while ensuring that we meet or exceed our KPIs.**Your Qualifications**- ** Bachelor's degree completed in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.**:- ** At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.**:- ** Fluent in English is MANDATORY (speaking and writing).**:- ** Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.**:- ** Experience managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.**:- ** In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs.**:- ** Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.**:- ** Strong project management skills.**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**What You'll Get In Return**We're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
