It is a cross-functional, rolling planning process integrating product, marketing, sales, supply chain, partner and financial plans into one aligned plan for the business through a global standard. IBP is a leap forward for the business, enabling faster, more coordinated and more informed decision making with increased visibility from supplier to customer.Global IBP: Planning TeamThe Planning Team is accountable for the solution design, deployment and sustainment of the IBP Global Processes, Organizational Design, Product requirements and Systems Architecture requirements. They are advocates for the value of IBP and will support global, sector and local forums to build awareness of the global IBP template.Your ImpactAs IBP LATAM Supply Planning Manager your scope would consist of:Lead all phases of the IBP solution design, development, and deployment for LATAM for Supply Planning.Lead fit gaps sessions to understand and document the future-state design of the Supply process (and its continuous evolution) for LATAM.Lead definition and documentation of all functional specifications with the support from Product and Consulting partners to ensure accurate reflection of business requirements.Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed through the design of these processes, systems architecture, products and capabilities.Support the maintenance of the IBP global template with a focus on the supply planning components of IBP and the integration with underlying supply planning processes for the short-term and mid-term horizons.Lead the design and refinement of the LATAM SMR and Supply Control processes to ensure accurate visualizations and performance measurements for Supply, including standard KPIs and scorecards to effectively run the IBP process
