We are looking for someone to join our team as a LATAM Talent Operations & Benefits Workflow Analyst based in Mexico City, Mexico.
**It's important to note that the type of hiring for this role is temporal/fixed to 6 months, as it covers an assignment.
**
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive mapping of all Talent Operations and Benefits workflows.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process automation and operational task transfer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the effectiveness manager to support the TEO process transformation and prioritization.
- Engage with local vendors in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders.

Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Talent/HR Operations, Benefits or similar role.
- Preferred experience managing Vendors (Vendor Management)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
