_ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED_- HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED_- COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_- **RESPONSIBILITIES **_Making outbound calls on delinquent accountsReceiving inbound calls on delinquent accounts Handling redemptions Handling repossessed accounts Out for repossession reviews Skip tracingLoan Hardship Reviews Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due Identifying accounts that require management review Providing outstanding customer service Maintaining required standards set by the departmentAdherence to Company policies and procedures**QUALIFICATIONS**- TWO YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RELATED FIELD- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS- PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ETC.)**SHIFT**11:00-20:00.
SUNDAY + 1 WEEK DAY OFF.
