.**Latin America Marketing Lead**As the Latin America Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the brands Ammeraal Beltech, Jason Industrial, and Megadyne within the Latin American market. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Ammeraal Beltech, Jason Industrial, and Megadyne brands in Latin America to achieve business goals and increase market share.- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and trade shows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and global marketing, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and meet set targets.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, trade associations, and media partners to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended actions.- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to proactively identify opportunities and address potential risks.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and regional market dynamics to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management or leadership roles, preferably within the industrial manufacturing sector or related B2B industries.Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, both traditional and digital.Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative marketing solutions.Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Willingness to travel within the region as needed
