**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Attainment management for LATAM Personal systems (Market Share and SAB)
- Inventory management: HOI, Aged, On hand and In transit
- Review KPI's regularly to ensure we operate
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
- Provides support and aligns the exeuction with market category as "one team"
- Coordinates the execution with the multiple groups / organizations ensuring business goals are achieved (Logistics, customer ops, finance, WW central team, etc)
- Drives backlog management.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
- Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
- Mentors junior-level staff.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (PO management, inventory, demand supply match, etc)
- Strong soft skills to build bridges with all the areas of interaction (market category, sales, customer ops, logistics, WW central team, etc)
- Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.
- Very Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), formulas, pivot tables is a must, macros is nice to have
- Moderate Project management skills to lead process improvement with cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.
- Strong business acumen to better support the business / organization
- Good understanding of LATAM and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.
- Thorough knowledge of inventory analysis.
