- Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.
- Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes and documentation control, core tools.
- Knowledge in customer EOM specific requirements
- 3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects..
- 3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
- English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.
- Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, VJIs (Visual Job Instructions), plant layouts, labeling layout, etc.
- Maintains the status of the project, using tools like Projectbook and SharePoint
- Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
- Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation.
- Coordinates all changes to the product with Program Managers and the implementation.
- Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
- Review the strategic points that relate to internal meetings and expectations of customers.
- Follow up with Program Managers the outstanding points in the bull-DV.
- Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding points in the runs of PV.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
- Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
- Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
- Drive the design, validation and implementation of product packaging (raw material, internal work in process and external to customer)
- Lead the implementation of BOM changes
- Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history.
- To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.
- Provide detailed Launch Plan and execution aligned with HARMAN and customer milestones
- Coordinate samples build, review and feedback
- Coordinate equipment installation in manufacturing plant
- Receive technical handover from IPM (Industrialization Project Manager)
- Coordinate fixture modifications to new product launches
- Coordinate materials preparation for pre-series builds (e.g. PV)
- Lead VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) engineering changes implementation in plant
- Lead new cybersecurity implementations or changes in cybersecurity (test equipment)
- Ensure test coverage balance between processes
- Drive low yield performance actions
- Coordinate procurement of facilities
- Drive and permanently maintain project capacity plan and layout plan for needed capacity increase through plant Engineering
- Coordinate the update of all appropriate documentation
- Monitor the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary
- Document equipment and line qualification plans per customer and HARMAN requirements
