Launch Engineer

**Short Job Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for establishing a new project team, organizing and coordinating the work of relevant departments to ensure the smooth start of the new project..- Communicate and stablish the activity´s related to launch of new projects.- Organizing and coordinating the work of relevant departments to ensure the appropriate closure of activity´s on time.- Planning of launch activity´s such as build events, DV Test, PV test.- Coordinate generation of releases of raw material according to the required build events and quantity´s.- Ensure phase closure according to the stablished timing.- Glidepath follow up assuring action plans to close the appropriate- Follow up with Program Managers for different OEM´s to attend and manage weekly meetings to ensure the outstanding points of coming engineering changes as input and communicate effectively to the operational team on the plant achieving the related activity´s by department.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related- Familiarity with Project management software- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong team awareness- Strong communication skills- Strong proactivity to take actions- Teamwork- Result Driven- Problem Solving skills**Special Qualifications**:- PMI Certification desired- Core Tools- SAP knowledge- PLM Management- PRM / PMP knowledgeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 al díaBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Core Tools: 3 años (Deseable)- Lanzamiento de Productos: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Ingles (Deseable)
