**Responsibilities**:
New programs general and detailed information communication with Corporate Program Managers.
Communication of new program details to relevant functions at the manufacturing facility.
Coordination of APQP activities, monitoring and follow-up for achievement and closure on Trubiquity / VCPROMAP
Review new programs Tooling Approval Forms with Process Engineering, confirm accurancy and follow-up
Review and monitor Plant Capacity for new programs to confirm new program capacity usage vs available or needed, feedback results.
Attend scheduled Program Management meetings (internal and external)
Schedule internal Program Management meetings to update relevant function on status and /or request updates on scheduled activities.
Review and coordinate customer approval documents (PPAP) with the responsible function.
Support internal departments providing programs general or specific details by interacting with outside corporate or customer functions.
Timely informs General Plant and NA Program Manager on the status of new projects and launches
Monitor new program Launch performance to confirm it meets planned cost and profit (RM, Manufacturing, EBIT)
Review and coordinate that tooling approvals are completed by the responsible function (customer PPAP, photos sent to customer) as to get tooling paid.
Confirm that new program trials and start of production raw material orders are in place as to not jeopardize customer initial and launch requirements, Ramp up, through SAP.
Coordinates activities for implementation of ECRs (Engineering changes)
Qualifications:
Industrial Engineer or similar
1-2 years experience on APQP process, Project Management, Quality background desirable.
Conflict manage, feedback skills
Project managment process (APQP), project planning, system customer, ISO IATF 16949, Product, Process and Material Knowledge
