.Launch Engineer - logistic (f/m/d)Apply locations Queretaro time type Full time posted on Posted 3 Days Ago time left to apply End Date: December 31, 2024 (30+ days left to apply) job requisition id R_00078753Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Responsible to review correct set up of BOM in SAP such as Schedule Agreements for Raw material ROH and subcontract material LOH, complete Source List, confirm locations (9000, 4000, 1001, 1910) for all new components for new projects to avoid issues on incoming material error.Support on trials on printing label of finish good, trials for backflush on new material.Follow up on correct creation of Sales Orders in new finish goods of new projects together with Sales administrative.Confirm lead times of mfg (supplier lead times + transit time + mfg VC QRO) and compare with account manager lead time agreed with customer.Confirm that new suppliers are set up and link to VC QRO in SAP correctly.Monitoring and tracking of EDI set up new suppliers / customer in SAP.Material availabilityCreation of requisitions through VEENION system for material for new components, services for new components (coating, plating) and follow up on creation of spot buys with buyers SCM and NPM meanwhile the SAP part number is defined.Follow up on arrival of material for PTR, IRR, customer events for new projects and engineering changes.Follow up on invoice received for payment on warehouse for new material, tooling, machines for new projects.Follow up with material planners that MRP is running correctly for components of new projects (when the SAP part number is already defined).Coordinate together with warehouse leader and kanban clerk to have material supply to the machines where is going to run PTR, IRR and customer events.Assure material for ramp up (3 months before SOP) and SOP in VC QRO together with material planner giving priority on materials with long lead time overseas.Coordinate to adjust material of new projects that has already incoming that requires to convert to productive material (create inventory and clean engineering rack).Request to buyers to modify PO´s of non productive to productive material for components pending to give incoming.Support on cycle counts and engineering rack revision together with process engineers, process engineer manager, launch engineer and Launch manager to assure identification of material, confirm quantity, disposition of material of new projects and engineering changes to assure accuracy.Coordinate together with logistic department and launch engineer on delivery of samples by truck, packaging (FEDEX, DHL) to external areas (Application team, customer, coating suppliers and other suppliers).Confirm together with SQE the PPAP status of components of new projects.Tools and machinery on timeFollow up on clearance and arrivals of new machinery, new tools for new projects together with customer service / material planner
