MISSIONEnsure successful launch of new products in the plant, according to the client specifications business goals set by Ficosa throughout the product life-cycle.GENERAL FUNCTIONSTake part in the developing and validating projects, contributing the vision of the plant from preparation of the offer through production.Monitor project progress through periodic reporting meetings, according to the phases established in the FDS.Coordinate project activities for the project work team in the plant, distributing responsibilities and ensuring they are completed on time and on target in terms of quality and cost.Ensure and manage internal and external validation is completed for every element of the project.Control cost and investments of the project as relates to the productive plant, analyzing any deviations and proposing corrective actions.Control any aspects of the project that could affect quality, the timing and/or industrialization.Compile the industrialization dossiers and manage creation of the PPAP.Maintain fluid communication with the client and various departments, ensuring the project remains confidential.Ensure members of the project work team use the internal and clients' technical documentation.Notify the Launch Leader Manager of any incidents that may occur during the project that require support.Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
