We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a **Launch Manager**, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.
As a Launch Manager you will be on charge of the resources management to assure the new products launching.
**Your Task will be**
- Lead coordinator of all departments and related functions during the launch of a program.
- Ensure that the plant allocates the necessary resources for each new program.
- Coordinate with the PM on program reviews to ensure flawless program execution.
- Drive continuous innovation and CI culture.
- One of the main objectives is the delegate activities and responsibility to all the team according with the role in the organization.
- Develop the communication skills for the report and continuous communication with the upper management and directors.
**Be successful in this role you will need**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10 year of automotive related product launch or program management, Ops. Management and Customer Relations.
- Previous experience as a member of the electronic automotive industry (SMT, Backend, assembly) is required.
- Knowledge: Stellantins Customer's requirements.
- Proven experience using common continuous improvement tools (i.e., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) and manufacturing disciplines and techniques.
- Attention to detail with accuracy, leadership, teamwork, customer focused, strong organization, communication.
- TS 16949, IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP, PM, LPMP, Manufacturing disciplines, TWW, LLM, HR policies and procedures.
- English level advanced.
