If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Launch Manager based in **_Monarca Plant, Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua., Mexico_**_._ _(E-Systems Division).As Launch Manager you will be leader on manufacture and product engineering through innovation and standardization, create a culture of improvement.**Your Task will be**- Lead coordinator of all departments and related functions during the launch of a program.- Ensure that the plant allocates the necessary resources for each new program.- Coordinate with the PM on program reviews to ensure flawless program execution.- Drive continuous innovation and CI culture.- One of the main objectives is the delegate activities and responsibility to all the team according with the role in the organization.- Develop the communication skills for the report and continuous communication with the upper management and directors.**Be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field.- At least 05 years of experience working in new launches.- Previous experience as a member of the automotive industry.- Proven experience using common continuous improvement tools (i.E., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) and manufacturing disciplines and techniques.- Attention to detail with accuracy, Leadership, teamwork, customer focused, strong organization, communication.- IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP, PM, LPMP, Manufacturing disciplines, TWW, LLM, HR policies and procedures.- Proven leadership experience both as the manager of a department and as a member of the site management team.- Outstanding communication- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Proficient English.- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
