Descripción Participate and lead multiple cross-functional program of design engineering and manufacturing engineering readiness forums. Provide clear updates on status and recovery plans for the aforementioned functions as necessary at both working and executive level.Plan, organize, and orchestrate all pre-launch build activities. Facilitate ramp management with Production Operations teams, identify all needed activities with Manufacturing Engineering, Enterprise Systems, and external vendors; and coordinate the execution and risk mitigation of those activities. Build planning - creation of build plans based on organizational requirements - and then maintaining the plan by chairing planning meetings, analyzing material risks, and navigating tradeoffs when conflicts in demand ariseLead the Production Operations readiness workstream, ensuring we meet target objectives and escalate/develop recovery plans as needed. Interact, integrate, and drive results across cross-functional teams in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production Operations, Production Control, Sales, Service, etcUnderstand the technical and engineering aspects of decisions being made and are able to clearly articulate these to stakeholders.Author project status, summary, and issue resolution tracking reports. Perfil buscado 4 years of experience in Launch Management positions in automotive metal-mechanic industry is required Visa and Passport updated Bachelor degree in engineering, Masters is a plus Advanced english is a must Production operating knowledge Qué Ofrecemos Attractive compensation package
