If you have a solid background in overseeing product launches and experience in the automotive industry, we want to meet you!Requirements:Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related.At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.Advanced conversational English.Computer skills.Initiative and proactivity.Analytical skills.Results oriented.Experience:Previous experience leading highly complex teams and projects.Autocad, Minitab, AMEF and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred experience in Statistical Control.Responsibilities:Oversee all product launch activities, ensuring they meet customer requirements and quality specifications.Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure optimal alignment at each phase of the project.Manage APQP phases, monitor progress and conduct follow-up visits to verify compliance.Ensure that the environmental and quality management system is integrated into all project processes, complying with ISO 14000, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and VDA standards.Are you the ideal candidate?
