La Cuesta Plant MTO Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a Launch Supervisor you will be responsible for manage resources to achieve smooth new program startups, model year changes, and/or engineering changes. Optimize material and economic resources to ensure that releases and changes are achieved in a timely manner.****YOUR TASK WILL BE**- **Coordination of engineering changes.**:- **Coordination, sending, follow-up with the client of Try-outs for the approval of the change.**:- **Channels functions to the different support departments for the execution of engineering changes.**:- **Responsible for coordinating the pre-launch stages (planning-prototype, pilot, and post-launch).**:- **Evaluator of the launches and risk that can be presented to inform senior management.****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.- English level Advance +80%
