Rio Bravo Plant MTO Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a Launch Supervisor, you will manage of new programs such as: releases or transfers and engineering changes from its planning, prototype, launch and post Launch stages.****YOUR TASK WILL BE**- **Coordination of engineering changes.**:- **Programming, coordination, sending, follow-up with the client of Try-outs for the approval of the change.**:- **Leader of the LPMP-PROFILE process.**:- **Organizes the Gate Way Review meetings for the Prototype, Pilot, Launch and Post-launch stages.****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Finished bachelor's degree in engineering.- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.- English level advance 80%
