**Responsibilities**:
- Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to the labor contracts to safeguard the legal and commercial interests of the company, through continuous monitoring and reporting of those laws and regulations impacting its operations.
- Reviewing, drafting, and assisting in the negotiation of various contracts and agreements, corporate policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Draft and review internal guidelines and policies in close collaboration with business teams and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Provide legal support and advice for the business units with a focus on contract and labor matters, taking over the responsibility to review and negotiate contracts with employees;
- Work closely and collaborate with company employees while negotiating contracts and transactions.
- Closely collaborate with the company's headquarter, when necessary, provide legal recommendations, and jointly develop solutions to address any legal issues.
- Ensure legal representation in court and out-of-court litigations.
- Any other responsibilities assigned from the board of the Company.
**Requirements**:
- The degree in Law;
- At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Litigation Lawyer;
- Strong knowledge of business, medical and labor law and regulations;
- Proven experience in legal research, analysis, and contract negotiation;
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Strong along with attention to detail;
- Excellent command of both English and Spanish languages.
