As a Sr.
Manager you will be expected to be an Experienced Layout Designer with ability to manage and lead a new team
Guided by functional objectivesServes as a technical authorityProvide feedback to senior management on strategic decisions affecting the function or sub-functionParticipates in setting functional and/or site strategyHelps to shape strategic decisionsContributes expert subject area knowledge to resolve issues and solve highly complex problemsImpact has global reach within MicronContributes expert technical knowledge to advance innovative technical solutionsProvides advice and counsel to senior management on significant technical issuesBuild on strong customer relationships to understand customer expectationsUse negotiation and persuasion skills to influence decisions of peers and upper managementBe guided by the principles of Servant LeadershipRemove obstacles to enable TMs top performanceProvide feedback to direct reports and other group TMs to enable them to growHold regular 1:1's with direct reports, participate in department calibrationStay current on Micron management trainingUseful skills and experience:
