Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Pressure Pumping Lead Account Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:Winning business, developing operational and marketing plans for PP.Reporting to the PP LATAM Sales Manager.Promoting and selling PP in a structured, planned manner to increase existing market share and establish new customer(s).Forecasting client revenue and profit.Generating customer inquiries & coordinating tenders/contracts/credit verification, ensuring compliance with BH's policies.Establishing commercial and product strategy; collaborating with operations, commercial operations, product line, engineering, and functional leaders to deliver products and services to meet customer needs.Providing regular updates of operating plan status and other key sales operational metrics utilizing business tools.Building outstanding strategic customer relationships by seeking and responding to customer feedback promptly, and ensuring the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations.Providing voice of customer feedback and coaching outside of the sales organization to increase and drive the external focus of the PPS organization.Preparing for approval and action of sales plans, sales visits, technical papers, and strategies.Supporting sales efforts in other regions, as needed.To be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.Technical understanding of PP Product Line: Cementing, Production Enhancement, Coiled Tubing, and TPS.Sound commercial understanding of the PP market and the ability to prospect new clients.Detailed experience negotiating T&C's with clients. Thorough understanding of legal nomenclature.Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Flexible, highly self-motivated & proactive.Understand and have demonstrable experience of professional sales skills including segment planning, prospecting, opportunity qualification, vision creation, value positioning, negotiating, and closing.Experience with sub product lines for Pressure Pumping Line.Experience selling to Owner/Operator(s) in Mexico PP Marketplace.Show deep domain knowledge of PP Product Line.Experience within PP Mexico market.Computer literate with MS Office software and CRM applications.Be able to travel extensively (~50% travel required; domestic and international).Fluent in English
