**Roles and **Responsibilities**- Responsible for gathering functional requirements and ensuring adoption in ERP and other primary system implementations.- Design, manage and maintain ERP Closing Calendar and tasks across GL and subledgers, as well as multiple businesses.- Work hands-on inside ERP modules to complete setups, unit test transaction inputs and run ad-hoc processing jobs.- Train, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for client leaders and users.- May lead functional teams or projects with mínimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.- Work closely with IT Shared Services to resolve issues, design solutions and implement processes to enhance the tool- Maintain a coordinated project plan, manage scope, and influence stakeholders and shared services to meet business timelines- Coordinate & execute closing process, setups and related simplification efforts, contributing to lean close improvements.- Identify areas for automation and centralization of tasks; as well as potential solutions to accelerate the overall closing calendar.- Embrace simplicity and a multi-generation project plan. Communicate and train on interim solutions during conversion.- Lead/Assist special projects to clean up ledger/accounting issues with businesses.- Ensure processes/controls are in place to maintain auditability of the system and proper SOX controls.- Ensure conformance to finance standards and practices**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- At least 5 additional years of experience in a financial position- Experience working with Oracle (GL)**Desired**- Experience working with Oracle AR, AP, GL, FA, Purchasing, and/or Project Accounting- Experience managing ERP closing process and systems- Experience training a large user base on new financial tools- Experience with GL and Subledger system conversions- Working knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles- Problem solving skills- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple functions- Competent oral and written communication skills- Competent interpersonal and leadership skills- Interest in digitization/simplification- System problem solving/root causing experience**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:NoLI-Remote - This is a remote position
