**Why you'll love this job**:
Responsible to management for coordination of the overall operations within an assigned functional area.

**What you'll do**:

- Conducts agent observations and associated activities
- Administers local training programs, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
- Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
- Assists management in the completion of admin duties to include the maintenance of required departmental records
- Acts as a company representative when assigned

**All you'll need for success**:
**Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience**
- Passenger service experience required
- High school diploma
- Profile requirements as outlined in the passenger service manual section 10-7 reservations and ticket office edition
- Above average administrative and analytical techniques
- Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and the native language
