Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI applications to meet these needs. Mentoring engineers and promoting of continuous learning and innovation. Staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies and incorporating them into our systems as applicable. Ensuring the ethical use of AI in all our solutions. Regularly reporting on project progress to senior management. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinating with the technology team to ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions. Profile A successful Lead AI Engineer should have:
