Our goal is to move fast and take care of our customer's needs. We have a definite customer focus in everything we do.This position is a**Lead B2B Sales & Lead Generation** position. The hired person will be working with other salespeople and helping them grow while at the same time generating leads and sales for us as well.**Responsibilities**- Key focus is Lead Generation for outside customers.- Identify key Leads and conduct sales calls.- Conduct Inside Sales messaging to gain new business from current customers.- Report Weekly on the sales funnel.- Be the relationship between the recruiting team and the customer.- Recruit, hire, train, and manage the sales and marketing team.- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as -needed.**Qualifications**- ?? 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.- ??Have experience in -creating customer profiles.- ??Have a general understanding of marketing and how it ties into sales.- ??Have a strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.- ??Have a general knowledge of the software development world to have intelligent conversations with our customers.- ??Strong oral and written English communication skills.- ??Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.- ??Excellent leadership skills.- ??Experience setting sales goals.- ??Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.- ??Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
