.What's the role?:**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with senior leaders on special projects- Oversees, collects, and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions- Applies methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract knowledge and insights from many structural and unstructured data sets as they exist today- Leads organization-wide benchmarking and Key Performance Indicator analysis- Establishes new methods of Key Performance Indicator collection and reporting- Evaluates outcomes and identifies the impact and why- Defines metrics which determine performance for overall strategy and individual goals within the strategy- Synthesizes findings and implications into recommendations for PF Leaders that are understandable by various functions, including senior executives- Utilizes available tools to segment data and share that output with appropriate parties**SCOPE**Individual ContributorWho are you?:- Bachelor's Degree (required), ideally in a business administration, finance, or economics- MBA desired- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives- Experience in analytical role involving:- Developing and presenting analyses and recommendations to stakeholders- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization- Prior experience in data analytics, and/or consulting strongly preferred- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organization- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical abilities- The ability to work both independently and within teams- Experience with data cleansing and manipulation- Comfort with learning new skills and analytical tools- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required (for example: using lookup functions and/or creating a pivot table)- Advanced level skill translating concepts into compelling visuals and Microsoft PowerPoint slides- Desired familiarity with relational databases a plus (e.G., Power BI, SQL) Familiarity with data visualization tools a plus (e.G., Qlik, Tableau)HERE is an equal opportunity employer
