Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, DOT NET SupportIn this role, you would be primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing web applications.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting/Troubleshooting existing dot net desktop-based and web-based applications.Exposure to at least 1 Mobile framework is needed.Fluency in Spanish & English is required.Responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.Creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobs.Go through logs and trace back to code to identify issues.Manage and resolve production incidents, including system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support.Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.Ensure appropriate tools are updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates, and case closure information.Responsible for testing application features and understanding any testing tools.Minimum QualificationsB.E./B.
