Lead Dialer Analyst (México)

**Job Purpose**:Assist the marketing and sales phone campaigns through leads management.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- List development for telephone campaigns using all available sources- Managing the leads using database management.- Increase pipeline volume, agent talk time, and conversion rates.- Optimize campaigns by measuring different ratios related to closing deals.- Track all activity and provide timely reporting against agreed performance metrics- Assist departments with extracting data from dialer- Collaborate with managers to ensure lead management initiatives meet departmental needs- Enrich leads database.
