What you will doWork independently or with other engineers to capture and amplify signals of system health and create solutions to improve performance and reliability in web applications, or provide support for existing systems;Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, stakeholders, and clients to understand business goals, analyze requirements, formulate solutions, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of the product;Assist in scoping, estimating, and planning of projects;Participate in code review, pairing, and other forms of knowledge-sharing.Must haves3-5 years of overall software development experience;At least 2 years of production experience with Elixir & Phoenix;Experience with Terraform;Experience developing backend services and JSON APIs to power single-page web applications;Experience working with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL);Experience working with a cross-functional team;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Experience building web apps with Phoenix LiveView;Solid understanding of OTP;Solid understanding of SRE;Experience working in a remote environment;The benefits of joining usProfessional growthAccelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps

RequirementsBe truly language agnostic, you need to be agile to pick up new languages and skills and deliver new solutions to unexpected problems;4+ years of experience with Elixir; Experience with Terraform; Curiosity to dig in and stay after solutions to complex problems, debug complex bugs;Design, implement, deploy and debug software; Capture and amplify signals of system health; The ability to design, implement, and debug features in Elixir.
Curiosity to learn new tech, to seek out difficult problems and solve them, to boldly code where only some have coded before;
