.Lead Engineer, Project Engineering As a Lead Engineer, Project Engineering, you will manage delivery of large integrated engineering projects in Surface Pressure Control equipment (Surface Wellhead and Tree) aligned with business and customer need. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate efforts among various engineering functions to achieve project goals. Develop detailed project activities, plan and schedule, and drive accountability on each milestone of engineering deliverables. Maintain a detailed project tracker that allows live updates of resources, progress of each engineering deliverable, and its milestone with respect to the baseline schedule. Provide periodic updates on project progress, changes, achievements, and challenges. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Catalyze issue resolution related to engineering project execution. Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned. Monitor engineering costs (hours) related to the project. Maintain records and documentation related to long-term framework agreements, including Call-of-Order records, Part Number database/catalog, Clarifications, Variation Orders, and MOC. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum. Minimum of 4 years experience as a design engineer in Surface Pressure Control (Surface Wellhead and Tree) or Subsea Equipment. Project management certification or equivalent proven records of a minimum of 2 years experience in Engineering Project Management. Deep knowledge of API 6A, API 16A, API Q1, NACE MR0175. Familiarity with the design and development process for Surface Pressure Control (Surface Wellhead and Tree). Expected Characteristics: Detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong collaboration skills. Ability to lead by influence to drive accountability of project contributors. Ability to apply a thorough and prudent engineering approach. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Strong project management skills. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Advanced proficiency with project management tools and MS Excel.
