Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.8 years of experience in software quality assurance.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.Solid understanding of software development life cycles.Impressive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Exceptional communication abilities and outstanding analytical skills.Must be able to:Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.Additional:Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP).Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a plus).(Nice to have) Jira, Confluence, Slack.Soft Skills:Oral and written communication abilities.Ability to work as a team, conflict management.Assertive, goal-oriented, and highly proactive.Ability to deliver results, meeting deadlines.
