Conduct thorough code reviews, provide actionable feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement; Investigate andresolve technical challenges, including bugs and performance bottlenecks, while leading efforts to enhance the system's reliability and efficiency; Enhance andmaintain the Employer Resources Library's WordPress CMS, optimizing its performance and ensuring a seamless user experience.Must havesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record in both backend and frontend technologies; Expertise in Java and PHP programming and related frameworks; Experience in frontend development, using React; MAC OS experience required (to be discussed during the client interview); Upper-intermediate English level
